Attending Classes Joining Your Live Class
You can join your live class directly from your Learn It Live account. Go to My Classes, find the upcoming class, and click Join Session. The Join Session button becomes available 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. You can also join using the link included in your registration confirmation email or the reminder emails sent 24 hours and 30 minutes before the class begins. If the Join Session button is not visible, refresh the page, make sure you’re signed in to the same account you used to register, and confirm the class start time and your time zone.
Attending Classes How Do I Access Class Materials?
You can access your class materials in two ways: Go to My Library to view the resources and materials available to you. Open the class page and find Program Essentials. Click Resources to view or download the materials provided for that class. If you don't see any resources, the instructor may not have added materials for that class.
Billing and Payments Can I request a refund for a bundle?
Bundle-based enrollments are not refundable.

Use Access & Receipts to download payment receipts for eligible class purchases.

Rewards Can LiL-T Tokens Be Used to Register for Classes?
LiL-T Tokens can only be used to register for classes at the Reward Store, other classes on the platform are not eligible. These tokens are exclusively for purchasing tickets available in our Store. If you wish to sign up for a class, you will need to complete the registration process using the appropriate payment method.
