Using Breathwork
Choose a breathing pace and round length, follow the visual orb, control sound, and find help with session completion and rewards.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a guided breathing activity with a visual orb and on-screen pacing cues. Choose an available pace and round length, then follow the session at a comfortable pace.
Open and set up a session
- Open Breathwork from the Activity Hub on your usual program site when it appears.
- Choose an available pace. The page shows the pattern for each mode; modes marked LiL+ may require membership.
- Choose one of the round lengths offered for that mode.
- Set Sound on or Sound off to control audio cues, including the gong.
- Select Start session and follow the countdown.
Follow the breathing cues
Follow the orb and the instruction shown for the current phase. The page prompts you to hold the orb while breathing in and release as you breathe out. Use Pause session and Resume session if you need a break, or end the session and return to the Activity Hub when ready.
Completion, rewards, and history
After the round, review the result and any reward or progress message. If you played as a guest, follow the sign-in prompt to claim eligible LiL-T, streak progress, and history. Availability, session limits, and rewards depend on the account and program; use the values and status shown in your session.
Why is a mode locked or a session unavailable?
Check the membership badge and session-availability message. Select a mode and duration available to your account. A missing activity or Not Found at /breathwork can mean the activity is not enabled for the current program.
Sound or completion problems
If you want sound but cannot hear it, check the activity sound toggle, browser tab audio, and device volume. You can still follow the visual cues with sound off. If loading or completion fails, check your connection and use a retry option if offered. If needed, refresh and begin a new round when ready; an interrupted round may not count as completed.
For persistent problems, contact support with your program site, browser and device, selected mode and length, approximate time, and the exact message shown. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
