Billing and Payments

How is LiL+ billed, and when does my membership renew?

Check monthly versus annual billing, your renewal date, promotions, and cancellation in Subscriptions and billing.

LiL+ is a recurring membership. Your billing cycle follows the plan you selected: monthly or annual. Use the renewal date shown in your account rather than assuming every membership renews monthly or on January 1.

Annual versus monthly membership

An annual plan is billed once per year for a year of membership access. A monthly plan is billed once per month. The public Learn It Live membership page currently offers annual access at $26/year and monthly access at $7.95/month. Check the membership page and the amount, currency, billing interval, and any discount shown at checkout before subscribing. Existing subscriptions and partner-program offers may have different terms.

Find your plan and next renewal date

  1. Sign in to the same account and program site used for your membership.
  2. Open your account menu and choose Manage Subscription, or open Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Under Memberships, find the active membership. Check whether it says Annual membership or Monthly membership.
  4. Read the date beside Renews on. This is the date to use when checking your next renewal. A membership ending at the close of its billing period may instead show Access until; an ended membership may show Ended on.

If no active membership appears, check that you are using the correct account and program site. Contact support if your receipt or confirmation shows a membership that is missing from your account.

Promotions and renewal prices

A discounted first payment does not by itself establish the price of every future renewal. Review the offer and checkout terms for how long a discount applies. If the next renewal amount or promotional duration is unclear, ask support to confirm it before the renewal date. Do not assume that a promotion continues indefinitely.

Cancellation and refunds

Use Cancel membership on the Subscriptions and billing page if you do not want the membership to renew. Read the confirmation carefully and check the resulting membership status and end date. The current account page states that membership benefits end at the end of your billing period. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Processed membership fees are non-refundable under the published membership policy.

Canceling a membership and deleting your Learn It Live account are different actions. Follow the membership cancellation controls for a subscription question. If your program manages membership for you or the cancellation control is unavailable, contact the program administrator or Learn It Live Support.
