Where is Account info, and how do I copy my public profile link?

Open Account info while signed in to your normal Learn It Live or partner-program site. The account menu also includes Account Info.

Copy your public profile link

Under Public profile link, choose Copy link. Share that public URL, not the Account info or profile-editor URL. To update what visitors see, open Edit public profile and save your changes.

Other account settings

Account info contains the contact-detail and password controls available to your account. Review changes carefully and use the page's save confirmation. If your organization manages your sign-in, use its account-recovery instructions or ask your administrator rather than assuming a Learn It Live password change updates the organization account.

For classes, use Access & Receipts. For optional emails, use Email notifications. For subscription questions, use Subscriptions and billing if membership is enabled for your program.

Settings can vary by account role and program. Contact Support if a required setting is missing. Never send your password, verification code, reset link, or full payment details.
