Certificates
Where do I find and download my certificate, and can I share it?
Yes. You can download the certificate and post the credential on your LinkedIn profile.
Certificates are available only for classes or programs that include them. Requirements and the type of certificate can vary by program or instructor; enrolling in a class or bundle does not by itself guarantee a certificate.
Find your certification and requirements
- Sign in to the account and program site used for the class. Open the Certification center.
- Choose Open certification for the relevant item.
- Review Completion summary, Requirements to complete, and Still needed. These show the sessions and quizzes that apply to that certification.
- Use View sessions and View quizzes to review the required work. Some quizzes unlock only after the linked session is viewed.
- When the required completion state is reached, use Download certificate. A visible download button does not mean the certificate is already unlocked.
Can I add it to LinkedIn or share it?
You can describe an earned certificate on your LinkedIn profile or share the downloaded certificate yourself. Use the certificate name, issuing organization, and dates actually provided. Do not describe a completion certificate as a professional license, accreditation, or continuing-education credit unless the issuer explicitly grants that qualification. Do not invent a credential ID or public verification link.
There is no need to share your private account or sign-in link. For LinkedIn profile-editing instructions, use LinkedIn Help; the LinkedIn steps are separate from completing and downloading your Learn It Live certificate.
If a certificate or download is missing
Check the account, program site, and completion requirements first. If you believe the requirements are complete but the download remains locked, contact Support or the program/instructor with the certification link and the missing requirement or error. Do not send your password. Support can help investigate; do not assume a manual completion override.
