Where is the Rewards Store, and how do I find my purchases?

Open the Rewards Store on your usual program site. On sites where it is enabled, the navigation includes Rewards Store. Sign in to use your account balance and purchase history.

Browse rewards

Use the Store tab and available category controls. Choose View Details to read the item's token cost, availability, dates, and fulfillment or giveaway conditions. A giveaway ticket is an entry, not a guaranteed prize. Read the confirmation before spending tokens.

Find prior activity

Choose the Purchases tab in the Store to review the history shown for your signed-in account. Follow the item's own instructions for access or fulfillment; do not assume every digital item is delivered immediately or every physical item has the same delivery time.

If the Store or an item is unavailable

Rewards, stock, dates, eligibility, and Store availability can vary by program. Stay on the program site where you earned or used the tokens. Do not switch sites or redeem again to work around a missing item.

For prize fulfillment, open Delivery and payouts. Read the Rewards terms, or contact Support with the item, program, and approximate transaction date. Do not include payment credentials.
