Registration
Where are my classes, bundles, access, and receipts?
Open My Classes in your account to see the classes and access already attached to you.
Open Access & Receipts on the same program site and account used for registration. You can also choose Access & Receipts from your account menu. This is the account page sometimes called My Classes.
Find a class or bundle
Use the Classes or Bundles tab and the search controls to find the item. Open its class or bundle page for the current schedule and access options. My Library is another starting point for your learning content.
Recordings, resources, and receipts
Use the recording, resource, or receipt control shown for the item when available. A registration does not guarantee that every class has a recording, downloadable materials, or a paid-purchase receipt. These depend on the class, payment, membership, and program.
If something is missing
Check your registration confirmation, the program link, and the email account you used. A registration on one account or program is not proof of access on another. Membership-provided access can also depend on the membership remaining eligible.
Contact Support with the class or bundle link, program site, account email, and what you expected to see. Do not create a second account, register or pay again, or share payment credentials just to work around missing access.
