How do I download a receipt for a class purchase?
Use Access & Receipts to download payment receipts for eligible class purchases.
You can download a payment receipt from Access & Receipts when a paid class registration has a receipt available.
- Sign in to the Learn It Live account used for the purchase.
- Open the account menu and select Access & Receipts.
- Find the class. A paid registration shows the amount and payment date.
- Select Download receipt. If the class has more than one payment, expand the payment receipts section and choose the receipt you need.
A receipt link is not shown for free registrations or access included through LiL+, a bundle, or LiL-T because those entries do not have a direct class payment receipt. If you paid but do not see a receipt, confirm that you are signed in to the purchasing account.
If you still need help, contact Support with the class title and approximate purchase date. Do not send a full card number or other payment credentials.
