Where do I get an access code to register for a class?

Some private classes or program sites ask for an access code. Use the instructions from the class organizer or the program that invited you. There is no single code that works for every Learn It Live class or program.

Where to look for your code

• Check the class or program invitation and any registration instructions you received.
• Check the program portal or sign-up information supplied by your organization, if applicable.
• If the code is missing, contact the instructor, organizer, or program contact named in the invitation. They can confirm the correct code and whether you are eligible to use it.

Class code or program code?

A class access code applies to registration for a particular private class or bundle. A program code may be requested when you sign in or create an account on a restricted program site. Use the code supplied for the page you are opening; a code from another class or program may not work.

Register using your code

1. Open the original class or program link from your invitation. Stay on the program site named in those instructions.
2. Sign in with the account you use for that program, or create an account if the invitation instructs you to do so.
3. Enter the supplied code in the code field when prompted, then continue with registration.
4. Check the price and registration details before confirming. An access code is different from a discount or promo code; access alone does not establish whether the class is free or paid.

If the code is missing or rejected

Copy the code exactly from your invitation and check that you opened the correct class and program site. If the code is still rejected, ask the organizer to confirm it rather than trying unrelated codes. Do not post private access codes publicly.

If your employer or organization offers reimbursement, ask that organization how its benefit works. Do not assume that reimbursement is the same as a registration access code or that Learn It Live can confirm a partner's reimbursement policy.

If you cannot reach the organizer, contact Learn It Live Support. Include the class title or link, program or site, and the exact message shown. Explain whether the code is requested during account sign-in or class registration. Never send your password or payment details.
