Using Food Ladder

Food Ladder is available only on sites or programs where the activity is enabled. Open it from the Activity Hub when it appears there. If a direct /food-ladder link shows Not Found, Food Ladder is not enabled for the current site or program.

Each session has five untimed rounds. In each round, arrange four foods from lowest to highest for the named nutrition value, comparing equal 100 g amounts. Values stay hidden until you choose Check Order and the submission is accepted; then the correct order, values, score, and takeaway appear. Continue through all five rounds, or choose Play Again from the summary to start a new session.

If a completed guest session is eligible for a reward, sign in in the same browser and choose Claim Reward to attach it to your account. Reward availability depends on the current program and account. A share option appears on the completed summary only when activity sharing is enabled, and shares a limited result summary rather than the round answers.

If Food Ladder does not load, refresh the page and try again. If checking an order is interrupted, retry the same order so the accepted server state can be restored. Food Ladder is an educational comparison of listed nutrients per 100 g, not medical advice or a personalized nutrition plan.
