How do I edit and preview my public profile?
Yes. Edit public profile includes a preview public profile action.
Open Edit public profile on the program site you normally use. Sign in first, or choose Edit Public Profile from your account menu.
- Review the profile fields available to your account, such as your description, photo, language, and time zone.
- Make your changes and choose Save profile.
- To save and then view the public result, choose Save and preview.
What does Preview public profile show?
Preview public profile opens your public profile page. Do not assume that it shows unsaved edits. Save your changes first when you want to check the updated public result.
Share the correct profile
Open Account info and use Copy link under Public profile link. Do not share the private editor address as your public profile link.
Profile fields and visibility can vary by learner or instructor role and program. Only add information you are comfortable making public; private account/contact settings are separate. If an option is unavailable or changes do not save, contact Support with your program and the error message.
