Where do I update prize delivery and cash-payout information?
Physical prizes require shipping details and cash prizes require payout details so Learn It Live can fulfill the reward.
Open Delivery and payouts while signed in to your usual program site. The account menu may label this page Prize Delivery Info.
Shipping information
Complete the shipping fields requested for a physical prize, then choose Save delivery info and wait for confirmation. Providing an address does not guarantee eligibility or shipping to that location; review the reward's conditions and Rewards terms.
Cash-prize payout preferences
In Cash prize payout, choose the PayPal or Venmo option when offered and enter the identifier requested by the form. Save and confirm the information. This preference is for an eligible cash prize, not a way to withdraw LiL-T tokens, request a class refund, or change the card used for a membership.
Keep financial and delivery details private
Use the account form for the details it requests. Never send your PayPal or Venmo password, verification code, full card number, or bank credentials to Support or another learner.
Program availability, reward type, and payout options can differ. If the page or required option is unavailable, contact Support with the program and reward name before making another redemption. For subscription payment methods instead, open Manage Payment Methods.
