Managing Program Instructors

Use the program admin area to review which instructors are connected to a program and whether their public profiles and classes are ready. Confirm the instructor account, profile status, and program relationship before making learner-facing changes.

If an instructor cannot access their tools, gather the instructor email, program name, and affected class before escalating.
