Importing And Managing Learners

Program admins can import learners when a program needs to add a group of users. Prepare the learner list carefully and make sure the spreadsheet includes the learner information you want to upload. Avoid including private notes or payment data.

After you upload the spreadsheet into the system, you will be able to map the data in the spreadsheet to the appropriate learner fields before completing the import. Confirm email addresses during the mapping process, then review the learner records after import and spot-check a few accounts before sending program access instructions.
