How do I view and download class reports?

Sign in to the instructor account on the program site where you teach. Class reports let you review enrolled learners, live attendance, and recording activity.

1. Open the account menu and choose Instructor Tools, then View Reports.
2. On Class reports, find the class you need. Use the page controls to browse more reports.
3. Choose View report to open the class detail report. Review Session engagement, the Learner ledger, and Session drilldown for the information available for that class.
4. Choose Download report on the report list or class detail page. Use your browser’s download list to open the saved file.

If a class is missing, check the account and program site, then browse the report pages. If the download does not start, check the browser’s download notifications and try the Download report button again. Contact Support with the class link and the error you see if it still fails.

Reports can contain learner information. Keep downloaded files secure and share only the information needed for an authorized teaching or support task.
