Your Inner Compass Part 2

This 90 minute video facilitates access to your inner guidance system and tools to connect with your inner knowing more easily and directly from here forward. You will receive healing and messages from 3 divine helpers, and realign with your authentic beautiful being-ness, your well-being, clarity, authenticity, purpose and joy.

* Guided Journey- a healing & informative journey. Shifts energy & gather what you'll need for your art piece.
* A 30 minute break to work on your art piece (pause the recording to take your art break.)
* Interact & Receive support from me (For recorded class- you may email me with any questions)

You will be creating your art, but artistic experience is not required. You can do this!

*IMPORTANT*: The instructional videos are now found in the assigned 'Learning Materials'. Watched those when instructed.

RECORDED CLASS: This live session included a 30 minute break to begin creating your art piece. So, pause the recording for as long as you wish or come back to it later. The live session was 2 hours. If you don't take the art break, the recording is about 90 minutes long.

The art piece calls for simple, easily accessible art supplies. You may even already have what is needed. Please feel free to come to the session even if you don't have your art supplies yet. All are welcome!

The supplies I suggest for this session are:

*set of 50 crayola markers
*pencil, pen & eraser
*Paper preferably heavyweight paper such as cardstock.
*metallic gel pens in silver & gold
*journal
*your imagination

You are welcome to use any additional art materials that you love (stickers, glitter, photos...)
