Join us for a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session. During this practice, you will lie comfortably still as you are guided into a state of deep conscious relaxation also known as yogic sleep. This powerful healing practice restores the proper flow of energy throughout the body/mind, allowing the systems to function properly and maximizing the potential of the body/mind to heal itself. Yoga Nidra is more rejuvenating than ordinary sleep and will bring you into a state of blissful awareness.
