Uncovering Your Unhealed Parts

Have you have had enough with attracting the same types of bad relationships over and over? Trying hard to forgive someone, but just can't? Working on feeling betrayed?

Understanding your own shadow and what these situations are reflecting about you is the first step to healing and has amazing opportunities to unlock your true potential.

In this workshop, we will discuss the concepts of shadow exploration and how people are a holographic reflection of your shadow self. We will then explore how to identify shadows within your own consciousness and to begin to shift them out of the darkness and into the positive flow of your life.

We will focus on transmuting judgment and struggle into wisdom, compassion, and manifestation.
