Energy Hygiene - Fire Part II

"Over the next 4 months, you have the opportunity to experience an energy hygiene class series that will guide you through how to cleanse and magnify your energy through the use of different elements. This will help you clear out what is blocking you and not serving your greatest becoming so that you become even more magnetic to your goals, dreams, and destiny, so that life can happen with more ease and grace.

Every month there are two classes, part 1 and part 2, that focus on different aspects of energy hygiene through the use of a different element each month. The second class goes deeper and covers another aspect of the element.

In each class, we will open with philosophy and learning about your energy and how to best manage it as well as information on the month's specific element and how it relates to energy hygiene. Then there will be a guided experience for you to experience energy healing and activation. Finally, we close the session with time for questions.
