Every Tuesday evening, grab your hoops and we are going to play with a bunch of BRAND new hoop combos! Are you having trouble finding your flow? Got questions about specific moves? This is the class for you! You'll want to have an "on body" larger hoop and a smaller "off body" hoop. Need to know where to get these? I've got you, just shoot me a message.
