We don't have control over the virus but we have some control over how we manage our feelings and get through this time together. The group process and intention of the group adds to the shifting process. Join me for this session where I will utilize a process called TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) and guide you through the steps to help decrease and shift emotions.
