Happy New Year! Lets bring in the new year with the practice of gratitude. The most effective way to create abundance and happiness in our lives is through the practice of gratitude. What are you grateful for in your life? Did you know that if you continue to focus on all that you are grateful for you will attract more love and abundance into your life. In this class we will go through a series of exercises that will expand our gratitude, through the law of resonance. Having trouble finding something to be grateful for, no worries, we will also practice exercises utilizing the law of polarity. The law of polarity will teach you how to be grateful for all that life is offering you, even the challenges.
