I believe our souls record our experiences: good, bad, and indifferent. It's great to hold onto the good stuff. Not so great when we hold onto the bad or mundane. At the very least, they take up space where more good stuff could be. I see the bad stuff as sometimes being so large, we may even "forget" the good stuff. Oh, but the good stuff is there, just waiting for us.
