This series of classes is inspired by the lunar phases. Each class will use HoopYogini postures to explore and celebrate the moon cycle.
This class is for all levels and beginners are welcomed.
All classes will be on Sundays at 10:00am EST
8th - Last Quarter
15th - New Moon
22nd - First Quarter
29 - Full Moon
The New Moon Class - I will not be teaching this class, but you can join the official FREE HoopYogini monthly class. got to: https://www.hoopyogini.com/global-hoop
