A ceremony unto itself, this interactive session will introduce concepts of shadow work from shamanic and yogic perspectives. Open to all levels, you will learn more about what shadow work actually is while exploring a guided, and safe, practice for integrating our shadow self into the physical body. The more we integrate all aspects of ourselves without judgement, the more we can open to present awareness, well being, and self-love.
