Grief 101 focuses on the concept of "rules" or "shoulds" that we apply to our grief experiences -- using a tool called, "The Big Book of Grief Rules". By exploring these rules, participants experience "aha" moments when they realize that a deeply held belief is locking them into a way of thinking or acting that is not serving them well. Together we'll unlock those rules and start to move to a place of wholehearted living after loss.
