“Once in a Blue Moon.” Let’s embrace the release of summer and welcome in the Blue Moon with a powerful restorative yoga practice. Restorative Yoga enjoys the benefits of simple yoga poses without any effort. No experience is needed.

Materials needed for class include a yoga mat or towel, blankets and pillows.
