Mother Mary's Letting Go of Self-Sabotage Meditation 1

From January to November, Mothers meditation classes will support Her teaching of that month. This month Mother is focusing on Letting Go of Self-Sabotage. She is providing you with all you need to let go of that which no longer serves you in the embodiment of self. Each class is a one-hour working meditation, designed to help you raise your consciousness and strengthen your life force. All you need is an internet connection to participate. The online class provides the benefit of meditating from the comfort of your own home and allows you to receive Mothers blessing no matter where you are.
