Letting Go of Regret

The 8th teaching in Mother Mary�s Letting Go Series, Letting Go of Regret, offers us the opportunity to explore our relationship to our past choices, actions, and the outcomes they created. As with all the previous teachings, Mother will show us both the shadow and light aspects of the regret mindset. She will hold space as we explore and discover what this mindset holds for us, the influence it exerts on our choices and how it can become another ally. This months teaching also provides a way to practice the two tenets Mother has been encouraging us to practice, allowing support and strengthening our understanding of the power that exists inside each of us. Mother refers to this place of power as our inner sphere of being. It is from here that all our choices stem. It is strengthened exponentially by asking for and receiving the support that is available to us 24/7. She has been encouraging us to accept, and embrace our power, learning how far it extends and how far it doesn�t. Join us as we journey one step further down the road of letting go.
