The focus is Feet & Legs with carefully aligned positions, timed durations and monitored, tissue-specific sensations. Guided by a 25 year, experienced Massage Therapist, Myo-Fascial Release practitioner and Yoga Educator. Props needed include lacrosse ball, firm blanket or towel and foam block.
