Basic Mediumship

Jamie will go into depth on how to clean your own personal energy as well as your room or home's energy. This cleansing will prep the space you will be working in on a daily basis. Together you will go over Energy 101: the basics of energy. You will get answers to many questions including: What is the energetic system? What role do Chakras play in my life? How can I see the subtle light body? and How do my thoughts help or hinder my progress?

You will learn light physical exercises and breathing techniques that will enhance your natural psychic abilities. Jamie will take you through guided meditations to meet your guides, and teach you automatic writing, the basics in clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsensitive communication with your guides and loved ones, including your pets!

This is a boutique teaching style and Jamie will have psychic swag bags to mail to you before class begins so you have the tools you need to start this journey! We encourage international students to sign up before September 15 to receive their swag bag in time for class.

This is a two part class and four hour series that will take place live on Fridays, September 30 and October 7 from 11-1pm Eastern Standard Time, USA
