What is Karma?

The contemporary view seems to be “what goes around comes around”, which implies that you “reap what you sow”. While it sometimes seems that people do indeed get “their just desserts” or “their comeuppance”, as we like to say to each other, it’s also true that many people seem to skate by in life no matter how they show up or what they do. Of course, some people say that the wheel of Karma may take tens, hundreds, or even thousands of years to complete a cycle, so justice may not be served until another lifetime.

In this episode of Life Mastery TV, we’re going to take a new look at Karma and try to decipher what it really means. At the same time, we’re going to consider ways that we can make use of our understanding of Karma in our lives. In other words, we are going to learn how to “work our Karma”. To this end, I’ve invited Dr Lynn Anderson—a certified yoga therapist, Karma Yoga master and fitness professional—to join me and share some of her expertise on the subject.
