Eye Yoga & Massage for Relief
Join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating 45-minute class designed to ease eye strain, headaches, migraines, and allergy discomfort. Through guided eye yoga exercises, gentle massage techniques, and breathwork, you’ll learn how to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being.
These monthly sessions are free and open to all, with donations welcome. Whether you spend long hours on screens, suffer from chronic headaches, or simply want to relax and refresh your vision, this class offers simple yet effective techniques you can use anytime.
Suggested tools/supplies:
• A glass of drinking water to stay hydrated
• A cool, damp rag to soothe and refresh your eyes
