Guided Meditation for August: Raising Your Vibration

Are you conscious of your thoughts? Did you know that the thoughts that you think can lower or raise your vibration? Everything that you think, say and feel can become your reality! If we allow ourselves to continually think negatively it lowers our vibration.
Why do we need to keep our vibration high? Simply because it makes us feel better and in a higher state of vibration we are better: mind, body and soul.
In this guided meditation you will be guided through raising your vibration with a little bit of fun and a few affirmations.

Join Kim Bayne in this free guided meditation as she takes you on a journey to forgiveness.

Kim will be offering originally written meditations monthly at The Wellness Universe Lounge, free. Each live meditation will be recorded if you cannot attend the live meditation.

Guided meditations are an invaluable tool to create a relaxed state of well-being and health, as well as spiritual and personal growth.

In my guided meditations I will take you on a specific journey through nature focusing on releasing and letting go, calming the mind, forgiveness, self-acceptance and Love, health and raising your vibration. I look forward to our journey together."
