You will be introduced to the main chakras in the human body, their location, colors, what emotions can block them & how it might manifest as 'dis-ease'. Also, discover what stones & crystals can be used to help with strengthening your chakras & aura. This will be a 30 to 45 minute interactive class ending with a meditation.
