Kung bago ka pa lang sa strength training at kasalukuyang nakaupo o hindi pa nakakagawa o kakaunti ang karanasan sa mga strength exercise, tutulungan ka ng webinar na ito na masuri ang iyong base line strength at bumuo ng programa gamit ang timbang ng katawan, mga dumbbells, at mga banda. Kung mayroon kang pananakit ng kasukasuan o gulugod, na-diagnose na may osteoporosis at/o hindi pa sumailalim sa bone density scan at ikaw ay mahigit 65 taong gulang, mangyaring magpasuri sa iyong doktor bago magsimula ng isang bagong exercise routine.
