Join me, Mitchell, a fitness professional for over 30 years & clinical & transpersonal certified hypnotherapist, and learn about ways to bring more mindfulness in to your life with a meditation and mindfulness routine.
I will define what mindfulness is and the myths that surround it as well as the benefits of practicing regularly.
We will discuss how to start and maintain a regularly routine of mindfulness.
The class will end off with a mindfulness meditation. (Which you can come back to as often as you like in the recorded session)
