These classes Are Kundalini based but I have studied many other yogic and spiritual disciplines.

Each class has a theme to serve what is happening in the world and in us.

Each class will have meditation, breathing techniques and mantra woven into the classes.

Most Sunday Classes we will also dance. For dancing is such a great release and rejoice.
