This is a Vinyasa style flow class with intermissions of Yin balancing, elongations and twisting sequences. This class integrates the power and strength of Yang asanas, with the softness and surrender of Yin stretches. It offers the students an opportunity to explore within, to engage in an invigorating moving meditation that is fueled by breath and flow, inner strength and connectedness - in order to reach a deeper level of conscious & mindful awareness.
