This class, Simple Meditation Practices, is for those who are both are brand-new to meditation or have some experience with it. The class will be part lecture and part experiential.

We will explore various mediation practices with practicality in mind, from brief sessions that you can fit into your day to healing meditation practices. Meditations from different traditions will be explored, as well as the energetic components of visualization. (For example, you can use an image of "earth" to help ground your energy.)

This class will be recorded if you cannot make it live.
