Shamanism 101 Moment- The Serenity Prayer Meditation

Thanks for your interest in my meditation. In this Learn It Live moment, I will lead us in a meditation centering on one of the most famous prayers in the world-The Serenity prayer. It will take about 15 minutes. We will take a few minutes to gather and to settle. Then, I will lead us in a meditation that consists of a video of running water, with me reciting the prayer slowly twice, drumming for a few minutes, reciting the prayer once again, then closing the mediation. It should be a powerful way to experience the prayer.

I'll be recording the meditation, so that you can return to it as a way to start your day, or to restart your day, if need be.
I'll also edit it down to a 5 minute version when you don't have much time in the morning or need to re-ground yourself during the day.
