A blend of Kundalini yoga, pranayama and meditation with a 45 minute Vinyasa flow. It's so good. It's a combination of all my favorite yoga teachings. It is the perfect well rounded class covering breath work, movement and with that dynamic flow it gets you out of your head and into your body. We end class with mantra meditation that connects you to higher self, leaving you in a state of elevated consciousness.
Bring your mat, grab a block and a strap if you have one. This class is for any level even kids 10 and up.
