A bi-weekly class to enhance your meditation and mindfulness practice.
Each class will focus on a different Pranayama, most often with Mantra involved.

Breathwork is a fundamental aspect of raising your awareness, consciousness, and frequency. Bringing awareness to the breath, and the Prana you intake, will instantly ground you, balance the nervous system, and boost the immune system.
