If you suffer from stress or urge incontinence, bladder or vaginal prolapse or fecal incontinence and you have been told to "just do kegels" then this informational workshop might be just what your looking for. Learn about your pelvic floor and how it works in conjunction with your diaphragm. Learn the importance of strengthening both these muscles. A few exercises will be practiced and demonstrated. A full individualized Pelvic Floor Fitness program is available with Gail through LiveWell Fitness Center
