Letting Go of Self-Sabotage

At some point in our lives, we have all sabotaged our hopes and dreams. This brings us to Mother Mary's third teaching in Her year long series of letting go. Mother will explore with us the impulse and behaviors that we practice to set ourselves up for sabotage. She will help us to understand and feel the thoughts and behaviors that will support us in keeping our word and following through on doing what we say we will do. Mother tells us that if it exists in our lives it is there to serve us. This is our opportunity to discover if we have been fully served by sabotage and are ready to live without it for a life of deeper honesty and integrity. Please come prepared with your pen, paper and compassion. We hope to see you there.

Please bring paper or your journal and a pen to class. Mother will have you do some writing.
