Join me for this 8 week series where we explore Ashtanga yoga, the sequence that informs all vinyasa classes. We will go through the postures, but also talk about the philosophy and history of this gorgeous practice. If you can't join me for the full series, each class will be recorded so that you can progress at your own pace at a time that is convenient for you.
