Most of us can point to times we've been a victim of harm physically, emotionally, sexually or financially. There are systems of oppression that hurt or kill people for being poor, a person of color or otherwise disenfranchised. It can be heavy.
Most of us can also point to times we've caused harm to someone or actively contributed to these oppressive systems.
In this class we will do inquire into experiences of harm to go deeper and see any new insight. Is there more to feel? Is there more truth available? How can we be at peace with it all? What role, if any, does unity-consciousness play in understanding harm?
If this class speaks to you at all, please bring the utmost gentleness for your fellow participants. It is not required for you to speak or be on video. :)
