This class is all about dancing and flowing with the hoop! Each week we will work through new hoop combos for you to incorporate into your flow. If you love hooping, but are having a problem stringing moves together, this is the class that's going to solve that! All levels are welcome! What you need: an adult sized "on body" hoop and a smaller "off body" hoop. Have questions about hoop sizes or need help on where to get one? Just message me, and I'll help get you all set up. This class is both virtual here on Learn in Live, and live in person in the Old Town Spring area of Spring, Texas (Houston Metro).
