Are you concerned or intrigued about the mobility and function of your Pelvic Floor, Vital Organs and Hip Joints? Join me for an exploratory practice of the muscles and fascial connective tissue of your amazing and mysterious pelvis. This class is a combo of physical structure and yoga techniques for the pelvic floor and general health. Learn hands-on anatomy, targeted fascial stretches, compressive self-massage, therapeutic positions and more. Props needed are foam block, blanket, small hand towel, and a lacrosse or tennis ball. 45 min duration.
