This class is the third of a "Three Part Series on Dealing with Diabetes Burnout." In this class, we will be addressing various aspects of the negative internal voice that many people living with diabetes have. Everything from how we think of high and low blood sugar to punitive words like "Should" as well as how to change how we talk to ourselves and how we view diabetes.
After completing this short series of classes, you will be able to recognize what causes burnout and how to defend yourself. For those already living in Diabetes Burnout, we will look at the ways to get out of it and get your diabetes management and your life back on track.
